Join the Carlo’s team in celebrating Mom with a Mother’s Day cake decorating class! Students will create an adorable gift-box style cake complete with fondant “ribbon” and bow! From kneading the fondant to stretching and smoothing it down over your cake, our experienced decorators will be on hand to guide, assist, and answer any questions our soon-to-be experts may have! This design includes demonstrations on covering your cake with fondant, creating ribbons and bows from fondant, and finishing off the base with a classic pearl border.
Participants in this class must be at least 10 years of age. All participants under the age of 18 years must have a legal guardian enrolled in the class.
This course lasts approximately 2 hours.
