Ring in the new year with a class at Carlo’s! Guests will spend their time learning our tricks of the trade and how to create our 2016 New Years Themed Cake.
From kneading the fondant to stretching and smoothing it down over your cake, our experienced decorators will be on hand to guide, assist and answer any questions our soon-to-be experts may have! Our experienced staff is ready to answer any questions our students may have as well as demonstrate some of our best techniques!
Participants in this class must be at least 10 years of age. All participants under the age of 18 years must have a legal guardian enrolled in the class.
This course lasts approximately 2 hours.
