Join the Carlo’s team in decorating our classic bow and dot fondant cake! You will learn all the ins-and-outs of covering a cake in fondant. From kneading the fondant to stretching and smoothing it down over your cake, our experienced decorators will be on hand to guide, assist, and answer any questions our soon-to-be experts may have!
This quintessential Carlo’s Bakery design includes fondant covering, a pearl boarder, and various sugar decorations. Students will also learn how to make a fondant bow- just like we do! While this cake is a definite fan favorite, creativity is always encouraged!
Participants in this class must be at least 10 years of age. All participants under the age of 18 years must have a legal guardian enrolled in the class.
This course lasts approximately 2 hours.
