Join the Carlo’s team of decorators in making a themed fondant layer cake to bring to your thanksgiving dinner! Guests will see behind the scenes at the bakery and learn some of the Carlo’s tricks of the trade, from rolling fondant to creating the perfect trimmings. Experienced Carlo’s staff members will be available for assistance with each step to make the cake, and there will be a question and answer session concluding the demonstration.
Participants in this class must be at least 10 years of age. All participants under the age of 18 years must have a legal guardian enrolled in the class.
This course lasts approximately 2 hours.
