Join the Carlo’s team of decorators in decorating your own flower-themed fondant cake. From kneading the fondant to stretching and smoothing it down over your cake, our experienced decorators will be on hand to guide, assist, and answer any questions our soon-to-be experts may have!
Students will learn how to cover a cake in fondant before creating adorable fondant strawberries, blossoms, and lady bugs. They will then finish off their cakes with a lovely scalloped border.
Menu: Vanilla & Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Fudge filling, covered in fondant and buttercream decorations.
This course lasts approximately 2 hours. Please arrive 15 minutes prior, all classes will begin at the scheduled time. Coffee, merchandise and baked goods will be available for purchase.
