Join the Carlo’s team of decorators in decorating your own flower-themed fondant cake. From kneading the fondant to stretching and smoothing it down over your cake, our experienced decorators will be on hand to guide, assist, and answer any questions our soon-to-be experts may have!
This design includes fondant covering, a pearl border, and various sugar decorations. Students will also learn how to create gorgeous flower buds and hydrangea blossoms, as well as our classic fondant bow. Creativity is always encouraged!
Participants in this class must be at least 8 years of age. All participants under the age of 18 years must have a legal guardian enrolled in the class with an additional purchased seat. Non participants are not permitted into the classroom.
Menu: Vanilla & Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Fudge filling, covered in fondant and edible sugar decorations.
This course lasts approximately 2 hours. Please arrive 15 minutes prior, all classes will begin at the scheduled time. Coffee, merchandise and baked goods will be available for purchase.
