Parking Directions

There is a fenced-in parking lot located directly across from the Carlo’s Bakery Jersey City entrance at 631 Grove Street between 16th and 18th Avenue. All guests are permitted to park there for the duration of their lesson.

Upon Arrival

Our parking lot is conveniently located directly across the street from the Carlos Bakery Jersey City entrance at 631 Grove Street between 16th and 18th Avenue.  All guests are permitted to park there for the duration of their lesson. Once you have arrived, please ring the doorbell and someone will greet you in the reception area. Doors to the Cake Factory will open 15 minutes prior to the beginning of each class. Once the class begins, our instructors will host a demonstration, followed by the hands-on section where everyone can
create their own item to take home. Please note that participants will not be permitted to enter the class more than 20 minutes past the start time of the class.
